A top philanthropist with roots in Adamawa State, Dr Emmanuel Musa, has donated N200 million to a major denomination with huge presence in the North East, the Lutheran Church of Christ in Nigeria (LCCN). 

The philanthropist and politician has also pledged 200 employment opportunities for children of pastors, and 200 scholarships also for children of pastors to study in their desired universities in Nigeria from 100 level to final year.

He is also to pay for 200 UTME (JAMB) registrations as well as to construct 10 hand pump boreholes across the various dioceses of the church.

Musa, who is the President of his charity platform, the Emnamu Foundation, announced the gestures at the 2026 Annual Convention of the LCCN currently holding at the LCCN Convention Ground in Demsa, Adamawa State.

Represented by his top aides: Hon Yohana Yoyyo and Comrade Chakukuyada Kala'a, Musa commended the Archbishop of the LCCN, Most Rev. Panti Musa, for his vision and foresight in advancing the unity and progress of the Church.

In response, the archbishop appreciated Musa for his intervention, saying the intervention reflects the philanthropist's unwavering dedication to empowering people and improving community welfare.
