Pan African Youth Leadership Foundation has recognised Okikijesu Omilakin, chief executive officer of Tush Homes and Properties Limited as one of the 100 Most Influential African Young Leaders.

The honour highlights his impact and dedication to innovation in real estate, ethical real estate practice advocacy, and private sector-led development in Africa.

“It is an honour to introduce the ‘League of Influential African Young Leaders 2026’, a compilation of 100 Most Influential African Young Leaders,” it said. “The list celebrates entrepreneurs, activists, change-makers, and trailblazers who showed excellence.”

Omilakin said the accolade is a testament to his work in excellent real estate practice, property development and promoting empowerment.

“This recognition reflects dedication in creating value, advocating innovation, protecting African creativity, and designing interventions to empower young mind,” he noted. “I share this with the change-makers whose drive, impact, and resilience are reshaping Africa’s future.”

He urged African youths to persist in creating ventures and ideas to strengthen its socio-economic fabric.

“This award motivates me to work harder through entrepreneurship,” Omilakin said.

He stressed the role of youths in realising Africa 63 agenda, adding meaningful change will be driven by young, forward-thinking leaders.
