He explained that Allwell had put her heart into the movie before her passing, adding that he felt more scared than excited about releasing it.

He captioned the post, “Some mysteries run deeper than blood. Some pain cannot be spoken. Some stories must be seen to be believed,” Salami described the film as “an epic tale unlike anything witnessed before, where pain is hidden, sacrifice is sacred and mothers become deities”.

The trailer features a star-studded cast, including Saidi Balogun, Ibrahim Chatta, Biola Adebayo, and Saka Oyetoro.

Nigeria's box office sensation, Funke Akindele, has expressed her support for the film by resharing the trailer on her official Instagram account, garnering thousands of likes and reactions.

In a statement, Rotimi Salami urged fans and industry colleagues to support the film, highlighting Ademola's vision to celebrate African women's strength and resilience.
