This season could well be over for Super Eagles captain Wilfred Ndidi after the severity of his hamstring injury was ascertained.
Scans showed that the midfielder suffered a Grade 2 hamstring injury that will sideline him for six weeks, which is about the time left in the regular season in Turkey.

Last weekend, the Besiktas star was forced out of the local derby against Fenerbache by the injury.
He also bagged his fourth booking of the season in that game, to hand him a one-match suspension.
Besiktas are a distant fourth in the Turkish Super Lig.
