Late singer Ifunanya Nwangene, also known as Nanyah, has been laid to rest in her hometown of Nkanu East, Enugu State, following her tragic death from a snake bite.

The 26-year-old singer passed away on January 31, 2026, at her Abuja residence and was confirmed dead at the Federal Medical Centre, Abuja.

Nwangene's untimely death has sparked widespread reactions and condolences across social media, with fans and colleagues mourning the loss of a promising talent.
