Three Crowns Milk, one of Nigeria’s most trusted dairy brands, is set to commence the 2026 edition of its Mum of the Year (MOTY) campaign, a platform dedicated to recognising and celebrating mothers who go above and beyond in nurturing their families and shaping their communities.

Now in its 8th edition, the Mum of the Year campaign has evolved into a widely recognised platform that honours the invaluable contributions of mothers across Nigeria.

Over the years, MOTY campaign has celebrated mothers whose sacrifices, resilience, and everyday acts of care continue to inspire families and communities nationwide.

This enduring legacy reinforces Three Crowns’ commitment to caring for mums and acknowledging their impact where it matters most.

This year’s theme, “Treasure Mum with a Trip to Zanzibar,” is designed to reward mothers with unforgettable experiences. The campaign underscores the importance of not only celebrating mothers in words but also showing appreciation through meaningful gestures that create lasting memories. It builds on a strong foundation by placing renewed focus on recognising the depth of care, strength, and influence that mothers embody daily, while offering families a simple and engaging way to express their love and appreciation.

According to the Marketing Manager, Chioma Igwe, “The Mum of the Year Campaign represents a distinctive and meaningful opportunity for Nigerians to honour the exceptional women who anchor their families and communities. Mums are the hearts of homes, and this initiative reinforces our long-standing commitment to recognising and supporting their vital role in nurturing healthier, happier families.”

The campaign will engage consumers nationwide by inviting them to participate through a simple act of appreciation by purchasing any Three Crowns product worth ₦5,000. Participants are required to write a heartfelt note describing their mum using the letters of her name and submit their entry via the campaign website (www.threecrownsmilk.com) for a chance to celebrate her in a truly special way.

Following submissions, entries will undergo a screening and shortlisting process, with finalists advancing to the grand finale stage. At the finale, three outstanding mothers will be celebrated and rewarded with a memorable trip to Zanzibar.

Speaking on the campaign, Three Crowns Senior Brand Manager, Adesanjo Oyejide, said, “Mothers play an irreplaceable role in shaping who we are through their sacrifices, strength, and unwavering support. With this year’s theme, ‘Treasure Mum with a Trip to Zanzibar,’ we are going a step further not only to celebrate mothers, but also to give families a simple and meaningful way to show appreciation, while creating an opportunity to reward them with an unforgettable experience.”

This year, MOTY will once again provide a platform where mothers are seen, appreciated, and celebrated for the everyday roles they play in building stronger families and communities while inspiring more Nigerians to express love and gratitude through simple, meaningful acts that truly honour the mums at the heart of every home.
