The Lagos Chapter of the Tinubu Media Force has inaugurated its Local Government Coordinators and Community Media Agents in a move aimed at strengthening grassroots communication and engagement across the state.

The initiative is designed to deepen the dissemination of policies, programmes, and achievements of Bola Ahmed Tinubu at the community level.

Speaking at the inauguration, the National Coordinator of the group, Gbenga Abiola, said the structure would enhance information flow, counter misinformation, and bridge the gap between government and citizens.

“This is a defining moment for us in Lagos. Our mission is clear — to take the message of governance to every ward, every street, and every household. We are building a structure that listens, engages, and informs,” he said.

A statement jointly issued by Opemipo Bamgbopa and Ajide Fatai noted that the newly inaugurated officials are expected to drive grassroots sensitisation campaigns, promote the Renewed Hope Agenda, and deploy both traditional and digital media platforms for outreach.

They are also to serve as feedback channels between communities and leadership.

Stakeholders at the event described the initiative as timely, noting that it would enhance public trust and participation in governance.

The appointees, in their remarks, expressed appreciation for the confidence reposed in them and pledged to carry out their responsibilities with diligence and integrity.

The Lagos Chapter of the Tinubu Media Force reaffirmed its commitment to amplifying government achievements while ensuring inclusiveness and active community engagement across the state.
