The Chief Executive Officer of Evershine Films and Travels Nigeria Limited, Ijiti Samuel Aanu, has commended the Minister of Interior, Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, for ongoing reforms in Nigeria’s passport issuance process.

Ijiti said the minister’s intervention has brought relief to Nigerians, noting that the era of prolonged delays in passport processing is gradually becoming a thing of the past.

He attributed the improvement to reforms within the Nigeria Immigration Service, which he said have led to the clearance of over 200,000 backlog of passport applications.

According to him, the introduction of digital solutions and improved administrative processes has enhanced access and boosted public confidence in the system.

"We are getting it right gradually under the administration of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu," he stated.

The travel consultant also lauded the President for appointing Tunji-Ojo, describing him as one of the most impactful ministers in the current cabinet.

In the same vein, Ijiti congratulated Christians on the occasion of Easter, urging them to imbibe the virtues of righteousness, sacrifice and love as exemplified by Jesus Christ.

He further called on Nigerians to embrace peace and unity, while pledging his continued support for the less privileged in society, stressing that service to humanity remains rewarding.
