For Dr. Allen Ifechukwu Onyema, nothing is too big to do for love. Despite being hard-working and resilient, building a formidable aviation business that is taking over sub-Saharan Africa by storm, when it’s family time, he does not joke with it. More reason he has been able to excel in business because the home front is at peace with him.
In appreciation of his wife, Mrs. Alice Ojochide Onyema, of close to three decades, Onyema never fails to give his wife her accolades. When things were hard and business was not going smoothly, Mrs. Onyema stood firm and also supported her husband in all aspects, also as the Vice Chairman of Air Peace. She was a shoulder to lean on and a woman whose blossom brought comfort to her husband.
Onyema never shied away from praising his wife at any given opportunity. Not failing to do so, he also gushed over his wife on the occasion celebrating her 60th birthday on April 11, 2026, at the Balmoral Convention Centre, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos.

Indeed, who would have imagined that Allen Onyema worshipped at the temple of Venus, the ancient Greek goddess of love, so much that he knows the spirit and letter of love this much? Many who don’t know him are shocked that he is a romantic man who loves his wife to the high heavens.
Many were surprised that while highlife artiste Flavour was performing at the birthday, despite being offered a chair to sit beside his wife, Onyema, who was recently conferred with his fourth Honorary Doctor of Public Administration (Honoris Causa) by Abia State University, chose to sit on the floor on the stage beside his wife. This signaled how much he loves and cherishes his woman and how he would do anything for her because she has earned it over the years. He showed his love with much gusto that many young couples were green with envy.
