Prominent businessman and  Chieftain of All Progressives Congress in Ondo State, Gbenga Eleduma has urged the people of Akoko South East/West Federal Constituency to throw their full weight behind Adegboyega Adefarati for re-election.

In a statement, Eleduma described Adefarati as a visionary leader whose dedication to public service has brought transformation to the people.

“He has done well in lifting our people out of poverty,” Eleduma said.

“Through deliberate and impactful interventions, he provided jobss for youths and empowered young men and women in the constituency.

His commitment to grassroots development is unmatched.”

Eleduma said Adefarati’s performance in office deserves continuity, stressing such a performer should be given the ticket on the basis of first refusal.

“A man of his calibre, with proven capacity and results, should not be denied another opportunity to serve. He has shown dedication to the welfare of his constituents, and the dividends of his representation are visible,” he added.

The APC chieftain noted his rich political heritage and family legacy of service.

“His father, the late Chief Adebayo Adefarati, governed Ondo State with distinction after years of military rule. His imprint is still felt in the state through landmark projects in education, infrastructure, and human capital development.

“That same spirit of excellence and people-oriented governance runs in the blood of Hon. Adegboyega Adefarati”

Eleduma stated that Adefarati has not only sustained the family’s legacy of service but has taken it to greater heights at the federal level by attracting critical projects and interventions that have improved the lives of residents in Akoko South East and Akoko South West.

“From youth empowerment programmes to infrastructure support, skill acquisition initiatives, and direct economic interventions, the lawmaker has demonstrated that he is a true representative of his people,” Eleduma stated.

He therefore called on all stakeholders, party leaders, elders, youths, women groups, and the entire people of the constituency to rally behind Adefarati’s reelection bid, describing it as a decision that would guarantee continued progress and development.
