Borno State Governor Babagana Umara Zulum has warned residents against aiding or collaborating with insurgents following a deadly bombing at Jilli market that reportedly killed over 50 people.

He noted that the market had been shut for five years due to intelligence indicating it was being used as a logistics base by terrorist groups.
