Prominent figures and well-wishers have gathered to celebrate the birthday of Maryam Owolabi-Bada, the new special adviser on Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation to the Chair of Somolu Local Government, Lateef Ashimi.

The event, at Shipeolu Street, Palm Groove, Lagos, attracted political stakeholders, community leaders, associates and supporters,

Among those present were former chairmen; AbdulHamed Ashimi, Omogbolahan Bagostowe, and other notable figures, including Mariam Salau, with party faithful and admirers.

The atmosphere was electrifying, marked by music, laughter and heartfelt tributes that underscored the celebrantor’s impact in the community.

Guests took turns to praise Owolabi-Bada for her dedication to service, particularly her commitment to women empowerment and poverty alleviation.

The celebrator, fondly described by many as ebony, phenomenal woman of substance, was visibly elated as she basked in the warmth of the occasion. Moving gracefully from one group of guests to another, she exchanged pleasantries and expressed appreciation about the overwhelming show of love and support.

In brief remarks, some of the dignitaries lauded her appointment as well-deserved, expressing confidence in her capacity to deliver effectively in her role as Special Adviser on WAPA.

As the event drew to a close, guests offered prayers and goodwill messages, wishing Owolabi-Bada continued success, sound health and greater accomplishments in the years ahead.
