The National Chairman of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), David Mark, has called on Nigerians to embrace unity, expressing hope that the Easter season will inspire renewed faith in a better nation.
In an Easter message on Sunday, Mark described the period as one that symbolises sacrifice, hope, renewal, and the triumph of light over darkness.
He urged citizens to reflect on the virtues of love, selflessness, and forgiveness as exemplified by Jesus Christ.
The former Senate President also called for the promotion of peace, mutual respect, and coexistence, stressing that Nigeria’s diversity should be seen as a source of strength rather than division.
