The Empower Her Voice Conference 2026 recorded resounding success in Enugu, bringing together a vibrant community of young women, leaders, and entrepreneurs for a powerful experience centered on leadership, entrepreneurship, and personal development.

Convened by Emmanuel Anabueze, Founder of The Humanitarian Achievement and Outreach Foundation, the conference aimed to equip young female students with the knowledge, confidence, and opportunities needed to thrive in today’s world.

Held at the Main Hall of the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus, the event featured an inspiring lineup of speakers. Prof. Rebecca Nnamani, Dean of Student Affairs, delivered the opening address and emphasized the importance of intentional platforms that support student growth and female empowerment.

Other speakers, including Amb. Dr. Chinwe Lilian, Onyekachi Ezeh, Ugome Adaugo Clarissa, and Mrs. Ifeoma Ezechukwu delivered impactful sessions, sharing real-life experiences and practical insights on leadership, entrepreneurship, and building sustainable careers.

“Leadership is not about waiting for opportunities; it is about preparing yourself and showing up when it matters,” noted Amb. Dr. Chinwe Lilian.

Speaking on brand growth and experiential impact, Onyekachi Ezeh emphasized the importance of creativity and execution:

“Your ideas are powerful, but execution is everything. When you learn to translate your ideas into real experiences, you create value, visibility, and opportunities for yourself.”

Also sharing her entrepreneurial journey, Mrs. Ifeoma Ezechukwu encouraged young women to take bold steps:

“You don’t have to start big to succeed. Start with what you have, stay consistent, and let your passion guide you into building something meaningful and profitable.”

A dynamic panel session featuring Jasmine Chinaza Onyia, Judith Chidera Okechukwu, Miss Emelda Lilian Nkem (Emily), and Ifeoma Nebe provided a relatable and engaging discussion on navigating challenges, building confidence, and seizing opportunities as young women.

“Start from where you are, use what you have, and build consistently. Growth is a process,” shared Jasmine Chinaza Onyia during the panel conversation.

Beyond the speaker sessions, the conference delivered an engaging and interactive atmosphere through entertainment segments, open mic performances, and audience participation activities, creating a well-rounded and memorable experience.
