The Chairman of Epe Local Government Council Area of Lagos State, Princess Surah Animashaun, has reiterated that her administration will continue to strengthen the security architecture of the council to secure the lives and properties of residents.
Princess Animashaun stated this during a visit by the Lagos state Command of the Nigeria Immigration Service at her office, Ita-Marun, Epe, Lagos state.
She said that it was imperative for a responsive leadership and government to make security of lives and property of its people a priority, noting that she would leaves no stones unturned until security of Epe residents is guaranteed.

Princess Animashaun reaffirmed her administration’s readiness to support the service of NIS through the provision logistical assistance, office space, and community-based sensitisation programme aimed at promoting peace and public safety.
“Indeed, no organisms can survive without a conducive environment, so, it is imperative to make security of lives and properties of our people a top priority, as I said earlier, your stay here is guaranteed, and I will assist the agency within my capacity, though, we can’t it all, but we will try as much as possible to provide your needs,” Princess Animashaun said.
The state Comptroller of the Service, Comptroller Olofinbiyi Christopher, underscored the importance of sustained cooperation between the immigration service and the local government authority, noting that his agency’s collaboration would enhance the enforcement of immigration regulations, bolster internal security efforts, and ensure efficient handling of travel documentation and residence permits.
