Former Legislative Leader of Agege council, Muyideen Anigbajumo, has relived the ordeal surrounding an alleged failed impeachment during his tenure.
He urged APC in Agege and Orile-Agege to unite for 2027.
Anigbajumo spoke amid political divisions in the councils.
He represented Ward F in Agege in 2017 and 2021.
“I cannot forget March 2021. I represented Sango, Keke, Otubu and Ogba-Asade while leading the legislature.
“Due to power tussle in Agege, my position as legislative leader was threatened.
“I was attacked and my office ransancked after the failed impeachment attempt. Although everything is history now, the division in Agege and Orile-Agege persists.
