The recognition ceremony, which took place over the weekend at the corporate headquarters of Timeless Assets Ltd in Lekki, Lagos, celebrated outstanding contributions across various categories. As part of the initiative, the company honoured its Best Staff with a brand-new car during a special award presentation.

Timeless Assets Ltd, a fast-rising real estate and asset development company, stated that the reward initiative reflects its dedication to motivating excellence and promoting a high-performance culture within the real estate industry.

The recognition programme was designed to celebrate dedication, professionalism and measurable contributions to the company’s sustained growth and brand expansion.

Speaking at the event, the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Damola Adewusi, emphasised the company’s belief in recognising and rewarding hard work, consistency and loyalty.

According to him, the company’s staff, partners and clients remain the driving force behind its success, noting that meaningful incentives such as cars and property rewards serve as powerful motivation for innovation, accountability and sustained excellence across the organisation.

As part of the ceremony, Mr. Wisdom Friday, Mr. Collins Eronmonsele, Mr. David Godswill and Mr. Austin Igiebor were announced among the Best Realtors that was  honoured.

The company explained that recipients were selected based on outstanding sales performance, commitment to duty, excellent client relations, and significant contributions to business growth and brand visibility.

The presentation of the car award was one of the highlights of the February 7 event, which brought together company executives, staff, partners and key industry stakeholders in a celebration of achievement and corporate values.

The company further disclosed that the recognition ceremony forms part of a broader strategy to build a highly motivated workforce and set new benchmarks for staff welfare, reward systems and professional excellence within Nigeria’s real estate sector.
