During his tenure, Itodo made a significant impact in player development, successfully nurturing and guiding over 30 players who are now playing professionally across Europe. His contribution has been widely recognized as a key part of the academy’s success and reputation in developing top talent.

One of the highlights of his time at the club came in 2025, when his team achieved remarkable international success by winning both the prestigious Dana Cup and Gothia Cup, further cementing the academy’s status on the global stage.

He also played a crucial role in leading Sporting Supreme FC in the Nigerian National League, where the team came close to securing promotion to the Nigerian Premier Football League in 2024.

Itodo extended his appreciation to everyone associated with the club and wished them continued success.

“I wish the club the very best in their search for a new gaffer and continued progress in the future.”
