Limitless Leadership Eversion (LLE) has announced a series of activities to commemorate its 7th anniversary, with a three-day celebration scheduled to take place in Ibadan from May 16 to May

Limitless Leadership Eversion (LLE) has announced a series of activities to commemorate its 7th anniversary, with a three-day celebration scheduled to take place in Ibadan from May 16 to May 18, 2026.
The leadership-focused initiative said the anniversary will serve not only as a reflection of its journey so far but also as an opportunity to expand its impact through programmes targeted at developing emerging leaders across sectors.
According to the organisers, the flagship event will be held on May 16 at the International Conference Centre in Ibadan, where over 3,000 participants are expected to converge for a symposium centred on practical and action-oriented discussions.
LLE noted that the gathering is designed as a carefully curated platform for engagement, aimed at equipping young adults with tools for leadership and personal development.

In addition to the sessions, participants will have access to opportunities including land allocation, scholarships, business grants, and structured mentorship programmes intended to support both personal and professional growth.
Founder of LLE, Tioluwanimi Obisesan, emphasized the critical role of leadership in national and societal development, noting that sustainable progress is impossible without intentional investment in people.
“Quality leadership is what truly sustains any society that wants to grow and thrive. When we inculcate character, competence, audacity, and a strong sense of responsibility in our people, the impact goes beyond the individual; it shapes families, institutions, and nations,” she said.

She further stressed that ambition alone is not enough, stressing the need for intentional leadership development.

“Across Africa, we see a powerful generation of young adults filled with the desire to lead. Yet many are stepping into leadership spaces without the right mindset, discipline and the ability to make the right decisions to lead effectively. That is what we are committed to at LLE,” she added.
Over the years, LLE has reached more than 46,000 individuals across 12 African cities, strengthening its footprint in leadership development and youth empowerment across the continent.
The organisation also noted its growing civic engagement impact, having led eight political sensitisation campaigns aimed at strengthening active citizenship and responsible participation in governance. The final day of the anniversary, May 18, will feature a Political Sensitisation Campaign across three locations in Ibadan.
Beyond the anniversary, LLE will roll out its Strategic Masterclass Series from June to November 2026 across multiple African countries, including Ghana, South Africa, Rwanda, and Nigeria, with stops in Lagos, Ogun, Abuja, Ekiti, Benin, Ilorin, Ogbomoso, Akure, Nasarawa, and others.
The series is designed to deliver targeted, skill-based leadership development for emerging leaders across the continent.
The organisation will also commission its “Street2School” corporate social responsibility initiative, focused on sponsoring the education of street children through school fees support, uniforms, and learning materials.
With activities spanning leadership development, civic engagement, and social impact, LLE said the 7th anniversary celebration will reinforce its long-standing commitment to raising a generation of leaders equipped with character, competence, and courage to drive growth across Africa.
