The RRS, an elite unit of the Nigeria Police, plays a critical role in rapid response, crime deterrence and high-visibility patrols across Lagos. The LNSA, through its Neighbourhood Safety Corps, complements police efforts at the grassroots by supporting intelligence gathering, neighbourhood patrols and early threat detection.
The RRS kits were received by Deputy Commander, Superintendent of Police Ayo Oyebade, on behalf of Commander Chief Superintendent of Police Shola Jejeloye at its headquarters in Alausa, Ikeja.
The LNSA equipment was handed over to its General Manager, Prince Dr. Ifalade Oyekan, at the agency’s Oshodi headquarters.
