Victor Mbaoma strengthened his position in the NPFL top scorer race after netting in Remo Stars’ 3–0 win over Niger Tornadoes.
The striker now has 11 goals, level with Godwin Obaje and just one behind league leader Joseph Arumala, who has 12.

Five other players are also in contention with 10 goals each, keeping the race tight.
