The France Chapter of the All Progressives Congress (APC) has described the party’s recently concluded 8th National Convention as a "world-class" masterclass in political organization, taking a swipe at opposition parties for having "nothing to exploit."
In a statement mailed to newsmen in Abuja, the chapter applauded the party’s National Leader, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and the party’s hierarchy for overseeing a transition and gathering entirely devoid of the rancor often associated with major political summits.

Signed by its chairperson, Hajia Amina Suzuki, the chapter noted that the convention's seamless execution sent a strong message to opposition political parties that were reportedly waiting for the event to fail.
“This convention has once again demonstrated that APC remains Nigeria’s most organized and forward-looking political party. The opposition, as usual, has been left in awe without a single flaw to exploit or distort,” Suzuki stated.

She further added that the hitch-free conduct has "effectively silenced critics" and left the opposition "scrambling for relevance" given the ruling party’s displayed unity.
Special commendation went to the Chairman of the National Convention Coordinating Committee and former Katsina State Governor, Bello Masari, crediting his team’s "meticulous planning and disciplined execution" as the backbone of the event’s success.

The group also tied the success of the event to a celebration of the Presidency, noting that the convention served as a "gift of confidence and endorsement" of President Tinubu’s leadership, coinciding with his recent birthday.
Suzuki also praised the sub-committee on accreditation for diplomats and observers. She specifically highlighted the roles played by the Committee Chairman and Governor of Enugu State, Peter Mbah, Amb. Yusuf Tuggar, former Minister of Foreign Affairs and Committee Vice Chairman, and the Nigerians in Diaspora Commission (NiDCOM).
“They delivered outstanding coordination, seamless logistics, and a warm, inclusive atmosphere that made the APC diaspora community feel fully integrated and valued,” the statement noted.
The APC France Chapter concluded by reaffirming its loyalty to the party’s ideals, expressing optimism that the momentum gained from the Abuja gathering would cement the party’s dominance both within Nigeria and among its global diaspora chapters.
