MOSES: Dear Omobola, I am Moses. I retired police inspector in 2003. I am not hamonized from 2003 till date. Kindly help me.

PTAD: Harmonization will be implemented when 2026 budget is approved.

BAMIDELE: Dear Omobola, my name is Bamidele from Ondo State. I will like to inform you that we pensioners under PTAD in Ondo State are yet to receive the N32,000 approved by the Federal Government.  I observe that N64,000 and N32,000 pension areas have been paid twice to some parastatals pensioners specifically, Immigration ministry. Last week, N64,000 which is two months areas was credited to them. But those of us in the civil service are yet to receive any arreas due to us. We receiving federal share of pension, it will be appreciated if you look into this and we are not left out. Our federal pension shares are very small compared with others. We rely on the N32,000 pension approved across the board by the present administration. As the friend of pensioners that you are, it will be appreciated if you can let PTAD know our plight.

PTAD: At the time of filling this report, pensioner confirmed receiving the said entitlement.

WADAK: Dear Omobola, I am a state pensioner with federal share. My name is Wadak from Plateau State. I have not been paid the arrears of the N32,000. I retired from Plateau State. Kindly help me out. Thanks.

AHMED: Dear Omobola, my name is Ahmed. I retired from NIWA in 2007, my complaints are that I haven’t received any of the arrears paid to some of the pensioners ranging from the 24per cent and the N32,000 arrears. I was told my name fall on the second bag since August, 2024. Kindly help me.

ANONYMOUS: Good day, I have been complaining of deduction of N9000 from my pension allowance since September last year. Kindly use your office to rescue me from this situation. l have written several times for correction to no avail why.

PTAD: Dear PTAD PENSIONER, please send your verification slip to our email complaints@ptad.gov.ng to enable us to investigate and respond further. However, note that PTAD obtained a directive for the re-implementation of the CPA based on grade level in line with the clarification from the NSIWC before implementing the new 20 per cent / 28 per cent increment as applicable. The CPA which was as a result of the minimum wage approval in April 2019 was implemented in May 2021 based on pay-band application with subsequent payment of 24 months arrears covering from April 2019 to April 2021. It is therefore instructive to mention that arrears reconciliation arising from the re-implementation of the CPA based on grade level is set aside pending further directive.
