Trabzonspor have confirmed that Nigerian forward Chibuike Nwaiwu sustained a thigh injury during their league clash against Fatih Karagümrük.
The attacker, who scored twice before being substituted, underwent medical examinations and an MRI scan which revealed bleeding and edema in the inner thigh muscle group of his left leg.

In an official statement, the Turkish club confirmed that treatment has commenced but did not specify a timeline for his return.
