Two ex-convicts, others nabbed for culpable homicide in Kogi
The Kogi State Police Command has held four suspects over alleged murder in Lokoja, the state capital. Among the suspects are two ex-convicts, Garba Godwin Ibrahim and Ashema Usman Samson.
