Otunba Lanre Jim-Kamal has signalled his intention to vie for Lagos governorship seat on the platform of APC.

A statement from his media office noted he is poised to take the state to enviable heights.

“Jim-Kamal’s direction is clear: move Lagos from managing challenges to experiencing progress. There is a peaceful confidence in that approach. No unnecessary noise. No complicated language. Just a steady belief that things can work better and a commitment to make that happen.

“His message does not try to rewrite the reality of the people. It acknowledges it, respects it, and more importantly, builds from it, because real leadership does not begin by denying the present but by understanding it fully.

“The people have adjusted for years, managed what should have been fixed, and carried on where systems fell short. They have done their part. And steadily, they have been saying the same thing: We have seen enough.

“What they want now is something better - not louder promises or recycled ideas of selfish leadership, but leadership that understands where they are and is ready to move them forward with clarity and purpose.

“Lagosians are asking for direction - for progress that can be seen, felt, and sustained.

And in Otunba LanreJim-Kamal, many are beginning to see a leader who not only understands where they are but knows where to take them,” the statement read.
