Thirty-year-old Nnonyelu Christian Chinaza is bidding to lead Ayamelum Local Government Area of Anambra State.
An entrepreneur and community leader, Chinaza, is contesting on the platform of All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA).
He told The Nation he is bringing a blend of business acumen, youth empowerment and cultural heritage to the race.

The Omor-born businessman is the Chief Executive Officer of NCC Fresh & Raw Foods Ltd, with expertise spanning agriculture, trading, forex and creative industries.
A graduate in Theatre Arts from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, he has earned accolades, including “Anambra Youth Entrepreneur of the Year” in 2025 and “Peace Ambassador” in 2026.

Through his Chinemeze Cares Foundation, he has supported community initiatives, youth mentoring and philanthropy.
His declaration highlights his passion for community service, youth guidance, music and adventure, channelling these into a vision for Ayamelum’s rural economy.

He aims to create farm-based jobs, promote creative opportunities and align with Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s agricultural and skills development agenda to boost local prosperity.
The young man represents a break from traditional political dynasties, echoing a broader youth-driven movement in Anambra politics.
His strong ties to Omor and Ayamelum address potential residency concerns, while his background positions him to tackle rural challenges such as agriculture and infrastructure.
