The defendants were brought before the court in connection with operations within Mining Lease No. 000395ML, held by Lord’s Career Ventures Nigeria Limited.
Court documents indicate the matter followed an investigation by the Mining Marshals, which involved geo-spatial verification and the use of cadastral records maintained by the Mining Cadastre Office in Abuja. The process confirmed the location of the site in question within the referenced lease area.
Further findings referenced in the case include official correspondence from the Mining Cadastre Office, dated January 23, 2026, identifying the location of the operations within the leasehold. The site and equipment found there were subsequently secured pending legal proceedings.
