Music executive Michael Collins Ajereh, popularly known as Don Jazzy, said he deliberately avoids complaining about the downsides of fame and success out of fear that God might take his fortune away.

Don Jazzy spoke during a recent episode of the Keeping It Real With Jima podcast.

When the host asked what success gave him that he did not want, the Mavin Records founder said he likes everything God gave him.

The host asked, “What’s something success gave you that you actually didn’t want?”

He acknowledged there are moments he wishes some things were different, but added he was not wishing for change so God would not decide to adjust his life.

Don Jazzy said, “I like everything that God gave me. Obviously, there are sometimes that you just wish that somethings were different. But I’m not wishing for anything different, I’m just saying before God will now decide to adjust my life.”

Don Jazzy said he hopes to be richer in his next life, stating that he wants to impact more lives but is currently limited financially.
