“I feel grateful for the opportunity to serve. I thank the old boys for reposing confidence in me to lead at this crucial time in the history of the association.
“To all the old boys, I say come one, come all! It’s time to build our school. It is time to work together and let the best of us serve the rest of us. It is time to give back to our alma mater,” he noted.
The Lagos State Commissioner for Basic and Secondary Education, Jamiu Balogun, while commissioning the newly constructed road by the old boys, urged the members to remain united in their efforts to develop the institution.
In his Speech, the Chairman of the transition committee, Denji Okuyiga, implored the elected team to embrace every old student of the school.
He said, “I implore the team coming in not to see their election as a winner-takes-all situation. They should embrace everyone as long as they are old students of the school who, by virtue of that, are qualified to be members of this association.”
