President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has commended Katsina State Governor Dikko Umaru Radda for fighting insecurity in Katsina, defending the nation’s freedom, liberty, and commonwealth.

Tinubu stated this while declaring open the second National Economic Council (NEC) meeting at the Presidential Villa, Abuja.

He praised Radda’s commitment to securing Katsina and protecting citizens against criminals threatening the peace and stability of the domains.

 Radda expressed deep appreciation to President Tinubu for the recognition, attributing the progress to effective teamwork and the support of the people of Katsina.

He said: “This recognition belongs to the people of Katsina State and our gallant security agencies who have stood firm in the face of adversity. We are making progress because we are working together.

“We will not relent. We will not be distracted. We will continue to support our security forces with everything they need until peace is fully restored to every corner of Katsina.”

Radda assured that his government would sustain the momentum until total peace was achieved.
