All Progressives Congress (APC) will record landslide victory in the 2027 general election in Kwara State, the party’s state Secretary, Mohammed Salman, has said.

He said opposition parties were non-existent in Kwara State.

The APC secretary spoke in Shao, Moro Local Government, on the sidelines of the inauguration of Asiwaju Grassroots Alliance Initiative (AGAIN), an empowerment programme.

Said he: “The results of the election in Kwara will surprise everybody in Nigeria. Kwara will lead every other state in terms of polls outcome for the presidential, governorship and National Assembly elections.

“APC will lead any other party in the state. There is no other party in existence apart from APC in the state. Everybody in the state will vote for APC.

“In other words, Kwara will deliver 100 per cent of its votes to APC as we did in 2019 and 2023.”

AGAIN Founder Hussein Afolabi promised to take the Renewed Hope message to the nooks and crannies of the state ahead of the 2027 general election.

Afolabi, a lawyer, said his organisation would “organise, mobilise, educate and unite our people. We will take the Renewed Hope message to every ward, every polling unit, every household, not just in Moro Local Government, but across Kwara North and the entire state.

“By the grace of God, through unity, discipline and grassroots strength, we will deliver overwhelming support for our president and leader, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, in 2027.”

He launched Moro Petty Cash Transfer Scheme, “which will provide N10,000 each to petty traders in the local government; embarked on procurement of JAMB forms for 50 students and launch of five million Naira Ejire Education Trust Fund established under Hassan and Hussein Afolabi Foundation. “

Afolabi said the launch of AGAIN “is to clearly situate our message within the visible reforms in leadership here in Kwara State and at the national level under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu.”
