The Ondo Youth Alliance for Tinubu (OYAT) has concluded plans to inaugurate its newly appointed and widely accepted executives across various directorates as part of the mission and efforts to strengthen its grassroots mobilization strategy ahead of the 2027 general elections.

In a statement issued by the group and signed by the media directorate, the Director-General of OYAT, Thalis Olonite Apalowo, said the inauguration marks another strategic and carefully curated step in consolidating youth support for the administration and re-election of President Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in 2027.

According to Apalowo, the executives were carefully selected based on their show of capacity, high level of commitment and true, unusual dedication to the ideals of progressive governance and youth inclusion promoted by President Tinubu.

He noted that the inauguration will further reposition the alliance to effectively engage young people across Ondo State, promote political awareness and mobilize support for the Renewed Hope agenda of the current administration.

“The inauguration of these executives is a significant milestone for our movement. It represents our readiness to deepen grassroots engagement, expand our structures and ensure that the voices of young people remain central in the political process,” Apalowo stated.

The OYAT Director-General emphasized that the alliance remains committed to supporting policies and reforms of President Tinubu that are aimed at economic recovery, youth empowerment, education and national development.

He added that with the growing support base of the alliance across the state, OYAT is confident that President Tinubu will record a historic and overwhelming victory in Ondo State in the 2027 presidential election.

Apalowo further urged members of the executives to see their appointments as a call to service and responsibility, encouraging them to work tirelessly in mobilizing young people and strengthening the alliance’s presence in all local government areas of the state.

“The future of our nation depends largely on the active participation of young people in governance and nation-building. OYAT will continue to serve as a platform for youth engagement, political education and constructive participation in the democratic process,” he said.

Furthermore, Apalowo reiterated his earlier call to mobilize more Ondo people, especially the young, to campaign and vote for President Tinubu. According to him, OYAT will create history for the president as he will definitely have double of his 2023 numbers in the state next year.

The inauguration ceremony is expected to bring together youth leaders, political stakeholders and supporters of the Tinubu administration from across Ondo State.

OYAT reaffirmed its commitment to promoting unity, progressive leadership and sustained support for policies that will secure a prosperous future for Nigerians.
