President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated the Elerinmo of Erinmo Ijesa Kingdom in Osun State, Oba (Dr) Michael Odunayo Ajayi, Arowotawaya II, on the occasion of his birthday, lauding his leadership and contributions to community development.

In a statement issued on Thursday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President praised the monarch for his exemplary leadership, wisdom, and commitment to peace and unity within Erinmo Ijesa Kingdom and beyond.

Tinubu noted that Oba Ajayi has continued to play a pivotal role in preserving the cultural heritage and traditions of his domain, describing him as a custodian of values and a bridge-builder whose influence promotes social cohesion and grassroots development.

He said the monarch's reign has been marked by efforts to foster harmony among his people while advancing initiatives that support the growth and stability of the community.

“On this special day, I pray for your good health, long life, and divine wisdom to lead your people to greater prosperity,” the President said.

The President also urged the people of Erinmo Ijesa to continue to support their traditional ruler in steering the affairs of the kingdom toward sustained peace and development.

Oba Ajayi, the Arowotawaya II, is widely regarded as a respected traditional ruler in Osun State, with a reputation for promoting unity and cultural identity within his domain.
